Is there any Leadership Development Programs in a logistics/transportation organization?
It depends on how broadly you wish to define logistics/transportation? For example, Amazon’s Pathways/Operations Rotational Program includes logistics/transportation but Amazon is not considered primarily a logistics/transportation organization (like say Ryder or UPS). I would recommend you Google each of your target companies, “Leadership Development Program” and “MBA”.
